We’re bringing back a true festy experience at a price that actually makes sense. Camp right next to your car or camp for FREE with your crew, enjoy music all night long, fire up the grill, share food, soak in the outdoors, reconnect with old friends, and make new ones.
No barriers, no limits, and most importantly .. You’re ALL Very Important Prawn Stars! So we don’t need a VIP program.Yes, it’s BYOB and BYOFood—and if you’d rather not pack it, we’ve got you covered inside the grounds, and we promise it won’t cost ya an arm and a leg. We’ve also partnered with You Enjoy MyFood to bring in amazing food vendors of all varieties to our event!
This isn’t just a festival. It’s a Music, Food, & Arts festival, it’s Big Shrimp’s gigantic end of summer party, and everyone’s invited. It’s Camp Scampi.
-
YES! We’re beyond excited to bring deliver one of the most requested festival perks: car camping.
Space is limited, so this is one of only three possible add-ons. It’s just $50 per car—load up your crew, split the cost, and make it your home base for the weekend. Got five friends? That’s only $10 each. Set up a couple tents, kick back, and enjoy.
Honestly, that’s what—half a beer at [insert corporate music festival]
-
Well it wouldn’t be CAMP Scampi without camping, would it now? And what if we said it’s FREE. Because it is! Two nights of FREE Camping is INCLUDED in the price of your ticket.
-
Yep! We’ve designated plenty of RV space. Please note, there are no hookups.
-
Car camping is one of only three possible add-ons, and space is limited. It’s $50 per car and must be purchased in addition to your festival ticket. Quick math check: if you’ve got two people, don’t buy two passes (you’ll have an extra). Three people? Don’t buy three passes (now you’ve got two extras). You get the idea.
Car camping is located in our main camping area—just a short walk to all three stages.
Now, if you’re looking to save some cash, we’ve got free camping options too. You’ll park in our overflow lot (shared with day parking). It’s off-site, but don’t stress—there will be shuttles running about every 20 minutes all day and through the end of each night’s headliner. Feeling ambitious? It’s also walkable—about 0.2 miles (5 minutes if you duck walk, 10 if it’s easier to coast, 15 if you’re a little snail).
If you’re not car camping, you’ll park in the overflow lot upon arrival (just follow the signs), hop on a shuttle, and head to the main camping area.
Want to camp near friends who have a car camping pass? Totally fine—as long as you fit within their designated space. If not, you’ll need to set up in the general tent camping area. Don’t worry, you’ll still be close enough to wander over and hang with Larry and Beth all weekend until it’s late and they kick you out.
-
Your ticket includes a wristband valid for entry to the concert grounds on BOTH August 28th & 29th PLUS free on-site camping and off-site parking.
-
See the above question 🙄
-
You may not save Car Camping spaces. Meaning that the car pulling in behind you will be camped next to you. No exceptions. No bribes.
As far as regular tent camping goes, sure, but please be kind to other folks setting up.
-
Car Camping spaces will be roughly 10×30. (for car & tent).
Regular tent camping spaces will be approximately 10×10.
-
Day Parking will be located off-site in an adjacent field to Moe Town Music Venue. We will have shuttles running all weekend long until the end of each night’s headliner from Day Parking to and from the venue, but it is close enough to walk to/from as well.
-
Grounds open THURSDAY August 27th @ 12PM EST and will remain open until SUNDAY AUGUST 30th @ 12PM EST.
-
Yep! Campgrounds open at noon on Thursday.
It is $20 extra to arrive early, which can be purchased online at checkout or when you get to the gate.
We’ll just be here getting ready, testing equipment, making art, and setting up for Friday & Saturday! Kick back, make yourself at home, and soak in Day 0. -
Big Shrimp is a high-octane progressive improvised rock quartet formed in late 2024 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, blending danceable funk, exploratory rock, and fearless improvisation through diverse, hook-forward songwriting shared by all four members, Jared Sage Cowen (Guitar/Vocals), Max Perrotti (Bass/Vocals), Daniel Cohen (Keys/Vocals), and Henry Thomas (Drums). Their adventurous live shows—mixing tightly crafted originals with wildly unexpected covers—have earned national attention, a fiercely loyal fanbase known as The Prawn Stars, and recognition from Grateful Web as one of the “Top 12 Upcoming Jam Bands to Watch in 2026.” Momentum surged through late 2025 and into 2026 with the release of The Prawno Tapes, Vol. 3, a sold-out Phish After Party in NYC, and a breakout Winter 2026 tour that packed venues nationwide; the band is now on their 30+ date “It’s As Shrimple As That Tour,” returning to key markets across the country, and recently released their second studio single, “Alcaworkholic,” in March 2026. Known for theatrical spectacles like their annual Halloween Extravaganza, viral TikTok traction, and relentless touring, Big Shrimp continues to expand their footprint with the launch of their inaugural festival, Camp Scampi, set for August 2026 in Addison, NY, and a debut studio album on the horizon.
————
Formed in 2017, the power funk trio Baked Shrimp became a top up-and-coming artist in the festival circuit performing at Peach Music Festival, Summer Camp, Strange Creek, and more. The energetic and improvisational young talents from Long Island, NY built a catalog of over 150 original songs which they cycled through night after night, making every performance unique from the last, and performed for their loyal following, CrustNation. The band disbanded in February of 2024 following a farewell tour and release of their 5th and final studio album, self-titled.————
We hope this clears it up!
